Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support recruiting efforts across several hard-to-fill professional openings. This role focuses on identifying and engaging top talent for Information Technology and high-level Tax positions.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for IT and Tax-related positions
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines
- Conduct candidate outreach and initial engagement activities
- Build and maintain target candidate pools for current and future openings
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements
Skills
- 2+ years of sourcing experience within IT, technical and accounting background
- Experience sourcing technical and/or professional-level talent
- Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
- Experience supporting IT, Tax, Finance, Accounting, or other professional roles is preferred
