PERMEVO is seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce platform delivery to lead agile teams in fast-paced implementation environments. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives
- Backlog Refinement
- Identify and remove blockers to ensure uninterrupted team progress and sprint success
- Coach and guide teams in Agile best practices, driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Admins, QA teams, and stakeholders
- Monitor sprint metrics such as velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution
- Drive accountability and focus within delivery teams to meet sprint commitments
- Support scalable Agile adoption, including SAFe practices when applicable
Skills
- 7+ years of experience delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform, including: Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience in implementation projects (not limited to operations & maintenance)
- Strong understanding of: Salesforce release cycles, Configuration, customization, and integrations, Deployment processes
- Proficiency with agile tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Salesforce DevOps tools
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and enterprise-level delivery
