They are seeking an energetic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to manage key customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and close high-value deals within the casino industry.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close complex deals efficiently
- Develop tailored solutions by understanding clients’ needs, leveraging marketing insights, and showcasing our product offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and sales management systems to deliver seamless service
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within gaming industry, technology, medical software sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
- Expertise in business development and enterprise selling techniques
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other sales management systems for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
