Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Lead system implementations and platform enhancements, with a focus on Salesforce
- Build workflows, dashboards, and automations to support multiple teams
- Integrate AI-powered tools to improve knowledge management, search, and automation
- Diagnose and resolve platform issues to maintain system performance
- Develop documentation, training materials, and support user adoption
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related roles
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complex problems and deliver practical solutions
- Familiarity with LLM tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies
- Experience with Python, SQL, or Apex is a plus
