The Project Manager role is responsible for managing large-scale projects within budget and client expectations, overseeing internal projects, and coordinating timelines and resources.
Responsibilities
- Drive implementation and project life cycle – on time and within budget
- Provide voluble insight on implementation procedures, and process flow that considers industry best practices
- Provide vendor knowledge to properly support workflow and assist in client issues
- Thoroughly identify project responsibilities with collaborators and your team
- Manage each member of your team to ensure work is being done appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure the timelines are on track
- Appropriately manage client and internal resources through constant communication
- Lead project onboarding for implementation as well as offboarding
- Make use of project management skills, attention to detail, time management and communication to meet the standards Acrisure Cyber Services has for its clients
- Assist leadership in preserving and improving upon the procedures and processes in place
Skills
- At least five years' experience of increasing levels of technical knowledge and exposure to the following technologies: desktop support and troubleshooting, firewalls, networking, routing, server administration, active directory, virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware), and disaster recovery
- Technical certifications - Actually, we don't require this. We are more concerned about what you know than by your test taking abilities, but we won't count it against you
- Focus on customer service - We are passionate about going above and beyond to provide our customers with excellent service. We expect you to be of the same mindset
- Demonstrated history of job stability – We invest a lot in our employees. We are looking for candidates who want a career, not a short-term gig

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends - On occasion, we do require work outside of our standard business hours to accommodate client needs
