Responsibilities
- Identifying patients who require urgent care through risk stratification
- Employing causal analysis to assess the impact of our platform on healthcare delivery
- Conducting health economics research to pinpoint inefficiencies within our extensive network of primary care providers
- Developing financial models to evaluate the economic performance of primary care providers in various value-based care (VBC) settings
- Creating analytical pipelines and reports to support evidence-based decision-making by business stakeholders
Skills
- Graduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of experience in quantitative analysis
- Proven track record of leading impactful data-driven projects
- Expertise in healthcare analytics, especially in the Medicare VBC arena
- Experience in setting up data science infrastructure
- Experience working alongside technical teams to support research initiatives
- Mentoring skills to guide junior team members in technical and research design aspects
- Well-versed in data governance, security, and ethics
- Top-notch communication skills capable of demystifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficient in SQL
- Preference for Python
- Familiarity with other data science languages
