The ideal candidate will work within structured project governance frameworks to support informed decision-making and successful program outcomes, while engaging stakeholders and managing project-related tasks.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent and eight+ years of project management experience in asset-intensive or infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes
- Experience working within formal project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, stage-gate)
- Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira and MS Project
- Proficiency with documentation and analysis tools including Visio, Lucid, Confluence, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience working with data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Comfortable using data and visualizations to support insights and decision-making
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
- Influence without authority and navigate competing priorities effectively
- Experience with rail infrastructure/linear assets
- Experience with enterprise work management systems such as Maximo or Hexagon
- Familiarity with reliability, condition-based maintenance, or performance analytics
- Relevant certifications (PMP and/or asset management certifications such as IAM or ISO 55000)
