The Finance Director will oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management

- Manage the accounting team and provide leadership and guidance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience with financial software and systems
- Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
