Creative Circle is seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant to support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives within a complex healthcare environment. This role focuses on transforming how leaders use data by delivering scalable reporting solutions and enabling actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing reporting processes, dashboards, and data sources to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and implement data models, KPIs, and reporting standards
- Build and automate data pipelines and reporting solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Develop executive-level and operational dashboards with self-service capabilities
- Ensure data integrity through validation, testing, and ongoing quality assurance
- Collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
- Create documentation and provide training to support adoption and knowledge transfer
Skills
- Strong experience with Epic Clarity reporting and healthcare analytics environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for dashboard development and reporting
- Experience supporting executive reporting, operational analytics, and performance measurement initiatives
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and reporting best practices
- Strong data visualization and dashboard design skills
- Experience integrating and consolidating data from multiple sources
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear metrics and actionable insights
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with healthcare operational and utilization reporting
