Role Overview

The Product Owner - Project Alignment sits at the centre of Product Owner & Project Management communication, supporting effective project execution. This role operates with a deliberate 50/50 split: half the time, you are embedded alongside Project Managers bringing product development updates and issues to their attention, the other half, you are the expert on everything that's going on with our projects, ensuring Product Owners know ongoing priorities.

What You Will Do

Regularly retrieve open issues, blockers, and escalations from Project Managers, translate Project Management issues into product-relevant language, reframing delivery concerns so Product Owners can make informed decisions quickly, track resolution of translated issues and close the loop with the Project Management once action has been taken, identify systemic issues (not one-offs) and bring them to the Group Product Manager with a recommended path forward.
