POSITION PURPOSEResponsible for collecting and analyzing information regarding members’ income, investments, and debts; determining which financial products best meet members’ needs and financial circumstances; and advising members regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products. Based upon level of production, this position may qualify for administrative assistance. Supervisory responsibility would include day-to-day oversight, delegation, direction, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation of assigned financial or service assistants.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and three to five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Certification: Experience Required:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
