Job Description
As the Vice President of Operations, reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will lead operational strategy and execution across engineering and production functions. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, innovation, and growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, technically skilled operations and engineering team
• Drive process optimization initiatives to improve production efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams to align delivery with market demand
• Identify and execute strategies to expand market share and strengthen competitive positioning
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and external partners
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and implement best-in-class engineering practices
• Oversee international collaboration, including regular travel to support operations across multiple sites

The Successful Applicant
For the Vice President of Operations we are seeking:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline (MBA or Master's preferred)
• Proven leadership experience within an engineering-led manufacturing environment
• Strong background in fabrication, production processes, and operational optimization
• Experience driving performance improvements across cross-functional teams
• Strong technical expertise, including familiarity with CAD and engineering systems
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on leadership and long-term planning
• Willingness to travel domestic and internationally on a regular basis (up to 50%)
