Job Description As the Vice President of Operations, reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will lead operational strategy and execution across engineering and production functions. The Successful Applicant For the Vice President of Operations we are seeking: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline (MBA or Master's preferred) • Proven leadership experience within an engineering-led manufacturing environment • Strong background in fabrication, production processes, and operational optimization • Experience driving performance improvements across cross-functional teams • Strong technical expertise, including familiarity with CAD and engineering systems • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on leadership and long-term planning • Willingness to travel domestic and internationally on a regular basis (up to 50%) What's on Offer • Competitive salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + performance bonus • Significant leadership impact in a high-growth environment • Opportunity to shape and scale operational strategy at an executive level • Dynamic, fast-paced culture with strong career progression potential • Exposure to international operations and collaboration
