RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities vary depending on the specific corporate function but include:
Own and evolve the Workday Financials environment following go-live, including roadmap planning, optimization, and future module expansion
Lead finance operations strategy, driving standardization of processes, policies, and controls across a multi-entity organization
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Accounting to align end-to-end workflows, data integrity, and system integrations
Establish and enforce governance frameworks, including change control, data standards, and system documentation
Support M&A integration efforts, including onboarding acquired entities into financial systems and aligning operating models
Drive visibility through reporting, metrics, and dashboards to support executive decision-making and operational performance
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems within a complex, multi-entity environment
Hands-on experience leading ERP implementations or post-go-live optimization (Workday strongly preferred)
Experience driving process standardization, automation, and systems transformation initiatives
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
Strong understanding of financial operations, controls, reporting, and data governance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact

Compensation:
Salary range: $225,000 – $260,000 per year
Eligible for performance-based bonus: Yes
