This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.
A cleaned and validated provider dataset ready for use, with documentation of cleaning steps and any remaining data issues. Specific fields, formats, and tools to be used will be provided and refined with volunteers during interviews.
Accurate provider data will improve patient–provider matching, increase access to high-quality care, and strengthen trust in our platform. Volunteer contributions will directly support patients living with complex diseases by enabling more reliable connections to providers and resources.
We ask volunteers to commit 4+ hours/week, share a LinkedIn profile, and attend one weekly 30-minute meeting (mutually scheduled within provided windows). Source data and access details will be provided. Volunteers will have stakeholder contacts for timely feedback; specifics will be provided.
