About the Role:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (Accounts Payable/ Admin) to support our US-based real estate client.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all accounts payable functions for their assigned divisional portfolios, including but not limited to:

2. Complete monthly bank reconciliations across independent accounts and large comingled funds within the first 5 business days of the month. Download monthly cash activity directly from banks.

3. Assistance with booking general journal entries as needed

4. Roll forward monthly distribution calculations and assist with getting appropriate numbers into our Entrata (bookkeeping) system

5. Generate monthly financial reporting packs and distribute electronically to external owners

6. Assist in ad-hoc and administrative projects as needed, including gathering documentation, rolling forward workpapers, identifying ancillary fee pickups, etc.
