VP, Quality Engineering

Rapid7 is seeking a VP, Quality Engineering to define and drive the global vision for our quality engineering organization. This leader will spearhead the shift from traditional software quality assurance to a highly automated, proactive engineering discipline embedded across our continuous delivery pipelines. This role focuses on scaling high-performing teams, accelerating product delivery velocity, and embedding robust reliability measures across our enterprise cybersecurity platform.

This team drives measurable business impact by shipping resilient code safely, maximizing engineering efficiency, and ensuring flawless operational experiences for our customers.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, the Vice President, Quality Engineering will define and drive Rapid7’s multi-year quality engineering strategy. You will be responsible for embedding AI across our full product portfolio and transforming our internal operations.

The annual salary range for this role, depending on location, is:

United States: $272,000.00 - 368,000.00 USD Annual

Salary ranges may vary based on geographical location. This range does not include variable/incentive compensation, equity and benefits (where applicable/eligible).
