Summary:

The Language Management, Quality Programs team is seeking a Vendor Management Associate.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive localization quality at scale in an AI-first environment Contribute to the development and execution of quality programs that align with Meta’s global localization priorities and leverage automation opportunities;
  • Develop and implement quality frameworks to ensure quality in all locales such as source content optimization, localization vendor education, terminology management, etc. Drive and ensure satisfactory change management accordingly when rolling out new processes or implementing changes to existing ones across internal teams and external localization vendors
  • Ensure quality in locales without an in-house Language Manager;
  • Perform data-driven quality management and monitoring for locales without internal Language Managers by monitoring the quality delivered by external localization vendors, investigating quality scores and taking actions accordingly to resolve quality issues; Localization vendor engagement;
  • Empower localization vendors to deliver quality; Set vendors up for success and unblock issues that impact their ability to deliver quality;
  • Stay connected to vendor needs for future process and tooling development and show them that their input matters; Manage and optimize quality operations, with a focus on automation.
