Driving the operationalization of the Strategic Vendor Governance framework, the full-time hybrid Vendor Governance Consultant will ensure disciplined governance and proactive issue management for TruStage's most strategic service providers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve performance and risk objectives.
Key responsibilities:
• Operationalize the Strategic Vendor Governance framework and execute ongoing portfolio reviews for strategic vendor designation
• Oversee performance management for strategic vendors, ensuring accountability to SLAs and KPIs while managing third-party engagements
• Identify vendor-related risks and implement risk mitigation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in vendor governance, procurement, or sourcing within regulated industries
• Demonstrated experience leading governance for large, complex vendors
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including contract interpretation and savings tracking
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operationalize governance frameworks
