Customer Service Evaluation – Contact the client via their designated phone number and assess the representative's professionalism, responsiveness, and product knowledge. Give feedback
Candidate Requirements:
Must be currently residing in the US
Access to a smartphone and a reliable internet connection
Proficient in basic web navigation and written communication
Highly observant with the ability to deliver clear, objective feedback
