Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for the business hiring needs across EMEA and AMERS, and accountable for the execution of the operational delivery of talent in this region. The TA Lead will lead and coach the EMEA/AMERS recruitment team to deliver the right talent for the right role, providing exceptional candidate experience to all candidates in addition to having their own hiring targets.
What You Will Do
Manage, mentor and drive the performance of the EMEA/AMERS recruitment team, consult with leaders, internal stakeholders and the People team to lead the strategic hiring needs of the EMEA/AMERS region, and deliver your own hiring across sales, customer service and other departments when needed.
