We are Hiring HR – Talent Acquisition Intern (Work From Home Kerala Candidates Only) Closing Gap is looking for energetic and driven interns who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. This internship offers real hands on exposure to recruitment execution rather than academic or classroom learning. Location Work From Home Kerala based candidates only Duration 2 to 3 Months Open Positions 3 Interns Shift Timing 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM IST Requirement Own laptop and stable internet connection What You Will Do Talent Sourcing and Outreach Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals and referrals Conduct initial screening calls and candidate outreach Send emails and coordinate candidate communication Maintain candidate pipelines trackers and follow up records Headhunting and Partner Support Assist in identifying and engaging recruitment partners Support outreach to staffing agencies or talent vendors Coordinate introductory calls and follow ups Maintain partner databases and communication logs Onboarding and HR Coordination Support onboarding documentation and basic HR processes Coordinate interviews schedules and internal calendars Work closely with the internal HR team Assist with compliance documentation and process tracking Who Can Apply Students or graduates interested in Talent Acquisition Recruitment or HR Operations Candidates comfortable with calls follow ups coordination and execution People who enjoy structured people facing and delivery focused work This role is not suitable for candidates looking only for academic HR exposure Skills Required Must Have Clear communication skills and professional phone etiquette Strong coordination follow up and tracking discipline High attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders Own laptop and stable internet Good to Have Exposure to recruitment staffing or HR operations Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing or job portals Basic understanding of onboarding or HR documentation Compensation Month 1 No fixed stipend Internship Completion Certificate on successful delivery Based on performance opportunity to receive a stipend of Rs 5000 per month What You Will Gain Real world exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Hands on experience in sourcing screening coordination and onboarding Exposure to India and UK hiring models Internship Completion Certificate Priority consideration for future HR or Talent roles at Closing Gap How to Apply Send your resume and a short note on why you want to build a career in Talent Acquisition to [email protected]
