Remote | Kentucky | 3-Month Contract with Potential Extension
We are a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Talent Acquisition Associate to support high-volume hourly recruiting efforts across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building candidate pipelines, managing hiring processes, and partnering with operations leaders to fill critical frontline positions.
This role is fully remote, but candidates must reside within the state of Kentucky or a surrounding state to support hiring managers and operations teams in the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly manufacturing, production, warehouse, and skilled trades positions.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure recruiting activities are documented accurately.
• Assist with offer preparation, background checks, drug screens, and onboarding coordination.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience while representing the company professionally.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, or other high-volume hourly environments.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring hourly employees.
• Experience utilizing job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to generate candidate pipelines.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a remote recruiting environment is a plus.
