This position requires a highly creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Manager with a proven ability to design and execute impactful digital campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and communication skills with hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, analytics, and automation, as well as proficiency in CapCut for video editing. This role involves developing cohesive social media strategies, producing engaging content in multiple formats, and optimizing campaigns based on performance data to strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and drive business growth. The Social Media Manager must stay ahead of emerging trends, leverage data insights to guide creative direction, and ensure alignment between digital initiatives and overall marketing objectives.
Duties / Tasks to Perform
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, and written posts) using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Utilize CapCut and other editing tools to produce engaging, professional short-form videos and reels.
- Leverage analytics to track performance metrics, evaluate campaign success, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Implement automation and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, OpusClip, Descript, Canva Magic Studio) to streamline content creation and scheduling.
- Stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and communications teams to ensure alignment of content strategy with overall marketing goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Strategist, or equivalent role.
- Demonstrable success managing social media channels — particularly LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and content generation platforms.
- Hands-on experience using CapCut or similar tools for video creation and editing.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite), and content scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Exceptional copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
