Job Description: • Assist in organizing and tracking marketing campaigns across paid media channels, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate asset development, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet platform and brand requirements • Support the collection and organization of campaign performance data; help identify trends and contribute to post-campaign recaps • Assist with tracking campaign pacing, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to inform campaign strategy • Support communication and coordination with external partners to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently Requirements: • Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program • Strong interest in marketing, project management, or advertising • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Basic familiarity or interest in digital marketing and social media platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) Benefits: • Support brand events, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, coordinating logistics, and capturing content to enhance brand visibility and engagement
