Role Overview

As a Senior Support Engineer at Karbon, you will sit at the deepest tier of our engineering support function, taking ownership of complex issues and leading root cause analysis. You will work on a globally distributed team, providing coverage for our North American customer base. The role requires a mix of deep technical diagnostic, production data operations, and clear cross-functional communication.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include leading root cause analysis on highly complex issues, reading source code, writing safe and considered SQL, making sound production access decisions, investigating and reproducing defects across the platform, and creating well-scoped tickets.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will be a good fit for this role if you have 5+ years of experience in technical support engineering, can write SQL confidently and safely, can read C# and.NET code, and investigate with structure. You should also be able to write with precision, think in systems, and manage your own queue without needing someone to chase you.
