About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead and optimize our client's retail operations across all channels. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of success. Extensive experience in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain optimization within the retail sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing remote teams effectively. Proficiency in retail management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing retail landscape and implement innovative solutions. Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies and their operational implications.
