About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead and optimize our client's retail operations across all channels. Implement and monitor compliance with all operational policies, procedures, and safety standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Drive initiatives to improve in-store and online customer experience through operational excellence. Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or service. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of success. Extensive experience in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain optimization within the retail sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing remote teams effectively. Proficiency in retail management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing retail landscape and implement innovative solutions.
