Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of comprehensive online courses and learning modules, from initial concept to final deployment. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create learner-centered educational content. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging learning materials. Develop diverse learning assets, including interactive simulations, assessments, video scripts, and multimedia elements. Design and implement effective assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes and provide actionable feedback. Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in online learning and instructional design, recommending innovative solutions. Facilitate training and workshops for SMEs and instructors on effective online pedagogy and course development tools. Ensure all developed content is accessible and compliant with relevant standards (e.g., WCAG). Provide mentorship and guidance to junior instructional designers and development team members. Requirements Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in designing and developing online learning programs, preferably in a corporate or higher education setting. Proven expertise in applying adult learning principles and various instructional design models. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard. Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia). Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a remote setting. Portfolio showcasing a range of successful online learning projects. Experience with multimedia development or graphic design is a plus.
