Job Description How you’ll make an impact     As Snr Manager, Marketing Operations, you will design, build and continually improve the infrastructure that powers lifecycle marketing, revenue visibility, regional scalability and responsible AI adoption. With HubSpot as the central system, you will ensure that all marketing technologies are integrated, well governed and commercially aligned. In this role, you will make marketing’s impact on revenue clear and credible, develop lifecycle and scoring models that drive commercial performance, oversee AI initiatives to ensure they are prioritised and outcome focused and enable regional teams to operate within scalable standards that support consistent execution. Ultimately, your work will empower leadership to make confident investment decisions, while balancing strategic oversight with hands on delivery as a true player manager.      What you'll do     Lead and evolve HSO UK’s marketing operations capability, setting standards for attribution, scoring, lifecycle measurement, and governance  Own and optimise the marketing technology stack, ensuring systems are integrated, scalable, and commercially effective  Design and maintain a multi-touch attribution model that clearly demonstrates marketing and lifecycle impact on revenue  Define and refine lead and account scoring frameworks aligned to sales and customer engagement  Own AI enablement strategy across marketing, including use case prioritisation, governance, and quarterly roadmap planning  Measure and report on marketing and AI-driven performance, providing clear revenue visibility to leadership  Lead and develop a high-performing marketing operations team while partnering cross-functionally to ensure execution is measurable and  Lead and develop a high-performing team marketing ops team, motivating and inspiring your team to reach and exceed all set targets and KPIs  Coach team members in best practices, fostering a culture of continuous development  Ensure all team members have clear, up-to-date Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and receive regular performance reviews and meaningful 1:1 conversations  Maintain a trusting, collaborative environment, enabling the team to thrive  Lead recruitment efforts for your team, identifying and hiring top talent  Promote an inclusive and diverse culture, in line with Henry Schein One values    What you’ll bring with you    10 + years of increasing responsibility and 2 + years experience in managing Marketing Operations within B2B SaaS  Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot (workflows, lifecycle configuration, reporting, attribution)  Experience owning and optimising a marketing technology stack  Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, funnel design, and revenue attribution  Experience defining AI governance, enablement, or structured workflow transformation initiatives  Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking  Ability to prioritise complex initiatives across multiple regions and stakeholders, building relationships & manage conflict  Confident stakeholder manager who builds trust across Sales, Product, Marketing, and IT  Structured, disciplined and outcome-focused in approach      Diversity at Henry Schein One    Diversity at Henry Schein One is all about you being you.
