About the Role:

We are looking for an independent, AI-native Senior Manager of Demand Generation & ABM to build and own HubSync's pipeline engine end-to-end. This is not a role for someone who inherits a playbook, manages agencies, or waits for direction; you will roll up your sleeves to build the account list, design multi-channel ABM programs, run the campaigns, and tie everything back to the pipeline. Working directly with the Senior Director of Marketing, this is a ground-floor opportunity to own the demand gen function at a category-defining company, with the autonomy to make real decisions and the accountability of a measurable revenue number.
