Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Client Accounting Services (CPA) based in the Philippines to lead a global team of accountants and bookkeepers. This is a senior, client-facing leadership position, with responsibility for overseeing client service delivery, managing international teams, and providing technical accounting expertise.
What You Will Do
Lead, mentor, and manage global accounting teams across multiple countries, including the U.S. and the Philippines. Oversee delivery of accounting/bookkeeping services to a wide range of U.S. clients.

Requirements
- CPA designation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years in senior leadership within an accounting or outsourcing firm
- Extensive experience working with U.S. clients under U.S. GAAP
- Proven success managing global teams servicing multiple clients concurrently
- Advanced technical proficiency with Karbon, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Bill.com, Gusto, Office365, Excel
