About the Role Our client, a highly respected management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant focused on Performance Improvement to join their fully remote team. This role is integral to helping organizations enhance their operational efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. You will lead engagements that involve diagnosing performance issues, designing and implementing solutions, and driving sustainable change across various functional areas. Key Responsibilities Lead client engagements focused on diagnosing performance gaps, identifying root causes, and developing strategies for improvement across business functions. Design and implement operational improvement initiatives, including process re-engineering, cost reduction programs, and organizational restructuring. Utilize data analytics, benchmarking, and performance metrics to measure baseline performance and track improvement progress. Manage cross-functional teams of consultants and client personnel to ensure effective implementation of recommendations. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to secure client buy-in and drive adoption. Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on performance enhancement strategies. Stay current with leading performance improvement methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. Contribute to the firm's knowledge base and thought leadership in performance improvement. Requirements Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, with a significant focus on performance improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation. Proven track record of successfully leading complex performance improvement projects with measurable results. Deep expertise in areas such as Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization, cost management, and change management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives. Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead teams effectively in a remote, collaborative environment. Flexibility to travel for client meetings as needed.
