Apply via Dice today!<br><br>Senior Full Stack .NET / Angular Developer (Healthcare / FHIR)<br><br>Remote<br><br>Role Summary<br><br>Seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and own end-to-end workflows or features in healthcare applications using .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, and SQL Server. Must deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code following design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices. Experience with EMR/EHR integrations, SMART on FHIR, FHIR APIs, and Azure cloud services is required.---<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Own and deliver end-to-end workflows/features: design development testing deployment support<br><br>Build full-stack solutions using C#, .NET 4.8, Angular 17+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3<br><br>Apply object-oriented design, clean architecture, SOLID, and design patterns (DI, Repository, Factory)<br><br>Develop RESTful APIs and FHIR-compliant APIs; integrate SMART on FHIR apps with EMRs<br><br>Build cloud solutions using Azure Functions, App Service, Service Bus (Queues), Storage, App Configuration, Key Vault<br><br>Follow secure coding practices; manage secrets and certificates via Azure Key Vault<br><br>Use Git and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and SDLC management<br><br>Write unit & integration tests: xUnit, Jest, Jasmine, Karma<br><br>Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance via Application Insights<br><br>Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure maintainability<br><br><ul><li>Core Skills<br><br></li></ul>Backend: C#, .NET 4.8, REST/FHIR API, xUnit, SMART on FHIR Frontend: Angular 17+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Jest/Jasmine/Karma Cloud & DevOps: Azure Functions, App Service, Service Bus, Storage, App Configuration, Key Vault, Application Insights, Azure DevOps, Git Data: SQL Server (query optimization, performance tuning)---Design & Quality<br><br>Write clean, testable, maintainable code<br><br>Apply design patterns, SOLID, and clean architecture<br><br>Focus on feature-level performance, reliability, and security<br><br>Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices<br><br><ul><li>Required Experience<br><br></li></ul>Senior Full Stack development with end-to-end workflow/feature ownership<br><br>EMR/EHR integration experience<br><br>Strong knowledge of FHIR standards, SMART on FHIR, and healthcare interoperability<br><br>Troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization<br><br><ul><li>Preferred / Nice to Have<br><br></li></ul>Healthcare domain and HIPAA compliance knowledge<br><br>OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect (SMART on FHIR security)<br><br>Microservices or event-driven architecture<br><br>Agile / Scrum experience
