Aspire is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-performance web applications that power mission-critical business workflows and user experiences.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing modern, data-driven interfaces while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and reliable solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.
Build and optimize complex, data-rich dashboards and workflow management tools.
Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality components following established architectural patterns and engineering best practices.
Ensure excellent application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Implement accessible user interfaces in compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.
Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers across the team.

Requirements
- 10+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong expertise in React, or senior-level experience with Vue.js or Angular.
- Strong command of TypeScript, component architecture, and frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Proven experience building complex, data-rich dashboards or workflow tools.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility requirements.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Familiarity with regulated UI environments is considered a strong advantage.
Nice to Have- Experience working in highly regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, or insurance.
- Exposure to modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience contributing to frontend architecture and technical strategy.
