Senior Engineering Manager – QA & Standards

Job Description: • Own quality outcomes across all CEM delivery verticals • Establish and enforce test plan and test case standards organization-wide • Define and own release quality gates • Communicate quality status clearly and fluently • Identify systemic quality risks, coverage gaps, and process breakdowns early • Champion AI-authored PR targets and AI code review adoption • Drive adoption of AI tooling for test plans, test cases, and scenarios • Manage the QA & Standards organization • Partner with the Automation Lead to assess current automation platforms • Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development • Lead the QA organization through meaningful transformation • Own the Performance Engineering team • Integrate performance testing into engineering definition of done Requirements: • 8+ years of software engineering and QA experience in enterprise SaaS environments • 3+ years in engineering management leading QA organizations of 10+ engineers across multiple teams or verticals • Demonstrated experience leading a QA organization through significant transformation • Deep expertise in test plan and test case methodology • Automation-first mindset with hands-on experience assessing, stabilizing, or rebuilding automation platforms • Demonstrated AI/ML background as it applies to QA • Strong delivery ownership mindset • Fluent communicator • Experience managing distributed, global QA teams across multiple time zones • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development opportunities • Bonuses
