Ensure all curriculum content aligns with current educational research, standards, and best practices. Write clear, concise, and compelling instructional materials for educators and children. Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and early childhood educators to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness. Develop assessment tools and strategies to measure learning outcomes. Review and revise existing curriculum materials to maintain relevance and quality. Contribute to the development of training materials for educators implementing the curriculum. Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively in a remote setting. Requirements Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development for early childhood education. Demonstrated expertise in child development theories, learning methodologies, and pedagogy. Exceptional writing, editing, and instructional design skills. Proven ability to create engaging and effective educational content for young learners. Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with distributed teams. Proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms for content creation and collaboration. Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information.
