Your future role at a glance Location: Remote with some travel Department/Specialty: Neurosciences Service Line Schedule: Days | Full-time Salary: $193,037.04 - $328,162.96 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive#LI-Remote How you'll make an impact in this role Champion Enterprise-Wide Innovation & Standardization: Serve as a visionary leader driving the evolution of Ascension’s Neurosciences service line, pioneering cutting-edge inpatient and outpatient care models while standardizing clinical excellence across all markets. Form a Powerful Leadership Dyad: Partner directly with the Service Line Medical Director and executive teams to merge clinical insights with operational strategy, transforming data analytics and industry trends into high-performing quality initiatives. Optimize Financial & Operational Performance: Spearhead strategic growth and continuous performance improvement by uncovering new revenue opportunities, designing impactful programs, and managing top-tier clinical operations that deliver cost-effective, high-quality care. Cultivate High-Impact, Cross-Functional Collaborations: Influence and unite diverse teams across strategy, research, quality, and clinical transformation to advance research programs, integrate technological enhancements, and align system-wide metrics. Empower & Foster Continuous Growth: Act as a dedicated mentor to engage local physician and APP leaders, developing staff ensure the long-term continuity and success of clinical operations. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
