Role Overview
As ZayZoon's Senior Controller, you'll lead all core accounting operations, including the general ledger, month-end close, and IFRS/GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You'll own the external audit process, build and maintain strong internal controls, and lead the accounting team.
What You Will Do
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, MD&A, and continuous disclosure filings. Manage auditor relationships, lead the accounting team, and use data analytics and financial modelling to surface insights and support smarter decision-making.

Requirements
- CPA designation
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Deep knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
- Strong attention to detail and a controls-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Curiosity around AI and financial automation with a strong technical literacy
