About bunny.net

Some people accept the internet as it is. We see what it could be.

At bunny.net, we don’t wait for change. We make it happen. You won’t find layers of red tape or play-it-safe thinking here. You’ll find people who move quickly, take ownership, and push ideas all the way to the edge. Literally.

You’ll build things that solve actual problems, not add to them.

We’re not perfect, and we don’t pretend to be. But we’re always improving. We’re looking for people who want to do the same, who take pride in their work, and aren’t afraid to challenge what’s possible.

Because everyone deserves a better internet. And we’re here to help it hop faster.

Senior AI Security Engineer

AI agents are changing how software gets built, deployed, and operated. They also introduce an entirely new attack surface: prompt injection, secret exfiltration, escalation paths, and insider threat amplification. Most organizations are adopting agents faster than they’re securing them. We’re building the products that fix that.

bunny.net is building a new product line focused on AI security: giving customers the infrastructure to route, observe, and control AI traffic at the edge, and the security layer to protect against the threats that come with agent adoption. Detection, prevention, access enforcement, and visibility into what AI systems are actually doing.

This role sits at the center of that effort. You'll join the AI team as one of its first members, helping define the security models, controls, and products that help customers safely adopt AI at scale. You'll do it as part of an AI-native team, building, testing, and shipping through AI agents every day rather than writing code by hand.

The challenges are real, the playbook is still being written, and many of the best practices haven't been established yet. You'll help define them.

What will you do?

What will you bring?

You’ll bring deep engineering experience, an AI-native way of working, and a hands-on understanding of where agents break, meaning:

What will make us extra happy?

Where should you be located?

Europe, ideally within CET ±3 hours so collaboration with the team feels natural rather than scheduled.

What's in it for you?

Life at bunny.net comes with benefits that make work (and life) better.
