Job Summary
The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile practices within a team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and helping the team deliver high-quality products efficiently. This role serves as a coach, facilitator, and servant leader who removes impediments and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong Agile experience is required
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including:
• Daily stand-ups
• Sprint planning
• Sprint reviews
• Sprint retrospectives
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Remove obstacles and impediments that may impact team progress
• Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Ensure transparency in team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts)
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment
• Shield the team from external disruptions and distractions
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops
• Help the organization adopt and improve Agile maturity
