Duties andResponsibilities:

The SAP ABAPDeveloper will work with clients to understand their business requirements, andhelp design a solution, using their business process knowledge. They willassist clients in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAPFunctionality. The goal is to effectively integrate packaged technology intothe client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected businessresults. This position is expected to provide expert level business processguidance on SAP and facilitate SAP ABAP development and performance analysisfor client.Other dutiesand responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Manage design, development andimplementation of ABAP projects.
  
• Review and revise technicaldesigns to meet ABAP project requirements.
  
• Recommend process improvementsto achieve project goals.
  
• Provide technical and functionalguidance to other staffs.
  
• Provide high quality customersupport throughout the project.
  
• Conduct defect analysis andperform necessary fixes and enhancements.
  
• Collaborate with functionalowners, architects and other personnel to develop dynamic and flexible systemsto meet the emerging demands of the market.
  
• Assist in unit testing of ABAPprograms.
  
• Review program codes and correctABAP program errors.
  
• Maintain and update existingprogram codes as needed.
  
• Develop technical specificationand estimations for assigned project.
  
• Work in compliance with theprogramming and documentation standards.
  
• Ensure project completion withinthe allotted timelines and budget.
  
• Troubleshoot production problemsin a timely manne
  

Requirements

MinimumQualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of fulllifecycle, Systems Integration, SAP implementation experience
  
• 3+ years ABAP Development andPerformance Analysis Experience including testing, debugging and resolvingissues to the implemented enhancements / conversions / reports related to SAPmodules.
  
• SAP Development Implementationexperience on SAP modules like Financials, including Funds Management,Controlling, Plant Maintenance.
  
• Must possess extensive knowledgein the following areas:
  

• General ABAP and Java programming and debugging
  
• SRM (Extended Classic Scenario)
  
• Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
  
• Workflow in both the ECC and SRM systems
  
• Enterprise Portal, especially with SRM and Workflow(UWL)
  
• Interfaces, mostly manual and batch, but possiblefuture Web Services
  
• SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and ReportPainter
  
• XML, Web Dynpro for ABAP and Java, SAP AgentryMobile Development
  
• Dialog programming for custom screens
  
• Programming for Barcode usage for Inventory andAsset Management
  
• Support for SAP PM and SAP Mobile asset management
  
• Development of E-commerce type activities, i.e.Biller Direct/PSCD
  
• Business Intelligence and Data warehousing ECC andSRM data archiving, implementation, setup, support, upgrades, and reportcreation
  
• Technical documentation including knowledgetransfer documents and knowledge transfer sessions (system requirements,supporting documentation)
  

• Knowledge in all phases ofdevelopment and deployment lifecycle is preferred
  

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Required
  

Required Certifications:

• No required certifications.
  
• SAP, SAFe, CSM certificationsdesired.
  

Other:

• Primarilyoff-site work with some travel as necessary
