Key Responsibilities
- Engage with candidates and clients via phone, email, and other channels to support recruitment activities.
- Qualify and generate new leads to support sales and recruitment targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Assist the recruitment team in scheduling, follow-ups, and data management.
- Support commercial goals by contributing ideas and approaches that improve client engagement.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to candidate and client outreach.
- Comfortable making calls and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
