As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Directors and broader commercial teams by ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our Salesforce CRM processes. You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining data integrity, generating and maintaining accurate quotes and opportunities, and streamlining contract workflows. This role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative individual with a strong customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Support & Opportunity Management Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting Sales Directors in creating and updating opportunities and quotes within Salesforce. Generate quote forms for Worldpanel by Numerator as needed. Communicate efficiently and effectively with the Sales Team ensuring you have deep understanding of the sale and its context to build appropriate quotes Data Integrity & CRM Maintenance Monitor and maintain data accuracy across key Salesforce objects. Review exception reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies across additional CRM entities. Lead ad hoc data hygiene initiatives to ensure the CRM remains current and reliable. Contracting & Approval Workflow Collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to manage the contracting lifecycle, including subscription renewals, amendments, and decommissions. Reporting & Insights Build and maintain Salesforce reports to deliver meaningful data and insights to   the Sales team. Training & Enablement Assist in the development and delivery of training materials to empower commercial teams in using Salesforce effectively.
