Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Based in India, we are hiring a Sales Executive - PRPA (Plastic, Rubber Paint & Coating and ACS). In this role, you will manage our customer base, sales resources, products, and channels to achieve planned results for the dedicated region/market. Expected results include but are not limited to growth in profitable sales and market share,new product & business development and channel management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education and Experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a Graduate in Science preferably from Polymers background.

  • At least 10 years of industry sales experience in the Plastic domain

Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:

  • Experience in market intelligence about the Paint industry, its dynamics and players in India.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building attributes.

  • Well organised and able to work with relative autonomy.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to succeed in a highly competitive market.

  • Team player - Encourages collaboration and works cohesively with all teams.

  • Willing to extensively travel to cover geography of assigned territory

  • Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
