Sales Enablement Manager Location: North America (Remote - US or Canada)  About Satellogic Satellogic is a vertically integrated Earth Observation company that designs, manufactures, and operates satellite systems, delivering decision-grade insights at scale to government and commercial customers. We build space systems end-to-end, from satellite design and manufacturing to launch and on-orbit operations, giving us the ability to deploy quickly, operate reliably, and support persistent monitoring across regions and priority areas. Our approach moves customers beyond one-off imagery toward continuous awareness and alert-driven decision-making, with flexible pathways that can evolve from managed monitoring to full satellite ownership and sovereign control. Our technology supports a wide range of use cases across climate monitoring, agriculture, energy, infrastructure, defense and intelligence, helping organizations detect change, manage risk, and plan with confidence. With a team distributed across five countries, Satellogic brings together expertise in satellite engineering, software development, data science, manufacturing, operations, and go-to-market. We’re a group of purpose-driven builders who value ownership, curiosity, and execution—and who work with humility, honesty, and empathy. Role Overview We’re hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to serve as the connective tissue between marketing and sales — this person will equip our global sales team with the messaging, collateral, case studies, and market intelligence they need to move deals forward. Are you someone who thrives in a place of strategic curiosity? Someone who can’t help but call out typos and poor font choices you see out in the world? This role may be for you. You’ll own and evolve our sales toolkit, run enablement programs that ramp new reps and sharpen existing ones, and translate our value proposition into field-ready tools that shorten sales cycles and lift win rates. You’ll also become our market intelligence center of gravity, the person who knows our competitors cold and ensures we don’t have blind spots globally. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone hungry to grow. You’ll partner closely with our Marketing Lead, Product Marketing Manager, and our sales team, and have direct exposure to the executive leadership team, as we prepare for the launch of the Merlin constellation and to scale our commercial go-to-market motion. Key Responsibilities Sales Toolkit & Collateral Own and maintain a centralized library of sales collateral: master and vertical pitch decks, one-pagers, customer-facing case studies, technical FAQs, and bespoke slides for specific deals or audiences Partner with marketing and product to translate positioning and product capabilities into clear, field-ready sales materials Develop tailored messaging frameworks for specific verticals (defense, intelligence, climate, energy, agriculture, infrastructure) and customer types (sovereign, commercial, government civilian) Sales Enablement Programs Build and run new-hire sales onboarding and ongoing training programs Develop deal-stage playbooks (discovery, demo, proposal, close) so reps have the right content at the right moment Run regular sales training sessions on new products, vertical use cases, and competitive shifts Competitive & Market Intelligence Build and own a living competitive intelligence function covering Planet, Vantor, Maxar, and emerging EO/geospatial players Develop and maintain battle cards, win/loss insights, and positioning guidance Surface market shifts and competitor moves to sales, marketing, and product leadership Voice of Customer & Cross-Functional Loop Capture customer and prospect feedback from sales conversations and feed it back to product and marketing leadership Be the connective tissue across functions; ensuring sales hears what marketing and product are doing, and that marketing and product hear what sales is encountering in the field Partner & Field Marketing Support joint go-to-market planning and execution with system integrators, primes, and channel partners Develop partner-facing enablement materials and co-branded collateral Support partner-driven events, webinars, and joint announcements alongside the broader marketing team Required Skills & Qualifications 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a meaningful portion in sales enablement, product marketing, or field marketing supporting an enterprise sales motion Strong writing chops. You can take a technical capability and turn it into clear, compelling, customer-ready language A track record of building sales collateral that reps actually use (not the stuff that lives unread in a Drive folder) Comfort working closely with sales leaders, sellers, and customers; you treat sales as an internal customer and understand what they need to win An uncanny ability to naturally pattern-match across competitor moves, customer signals, and market shifts Hunger to grow, willingness to roll up your sleeves, and the judgment to operate independently in a fast-moving environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Diversity Commitment  Satellogic values diversity and inclusion and is an equal opportunity employer. We are convinced that hiring and developing top talent from around the world for any given discipline will drive innovation, generate new solutions, and deliver a superior product to our global customer base. We work to build an equitable and inclusive environment in which all people, regardless of gender, race, religion, or background, can come together to do their best work.
