Overview Integrated Wealth Systems is building a high-performance sales organization focused on helping clients implement advanced wealth strategies. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical driver of our reputed company reputed company. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high-quality prospects for consultations with our senior team. This is not a closing role. Your reputed company is reputed company by your ability to generate reputed company, high-reputed company appointments that convert into reputed company. If you reputed company in a performance-driven environment and understand that quality conversations outperform volume, this role offers strong earning potential. • What You’ll Do • Contact and engage inbound leads quickly and professionally • Qualify prospects based on Income, business profile, urgency, readiness to move reputed company • Schedule high-quality appointments for senior consultants (closers) • Confirm appointments and ensure strong attendance (show rates matter) • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal processes • What You Won’t Do • You will NOT be responsible for closing deals • You will NOT pitch or negotiate offers • Compensation • $100 per reputed company appointment set • 2% commission on closed reputed company (after maintaining a 50%+ show reputed company) Performance Standards • We operate a quality-first environment.
