About the Role As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, acting as a key driver of lead generation. You will engage prospective customers, assess their potential, and build a strong pipeline that supports Solutions Account Managers in achieving sales success. Responsibilities • Prospect for new business through high volumes of daily activity across multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn • Follow up with identified prospects to maintain engagement and progress opportunities • Own the lead generation process by researching assigned targets and reaching out with tailored value propositions • Coordinate with Marketing to track, assess, and qualify omnichannel leads • Collaborate with Solutions Account Executives to ensure all pre-sales information is accurate and documented • Work closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations and meetings, building a strong pipeline of opportunities • Identify qualified prospects and navigate organizational structures to reach key decision makers and influencers • Generate meaningful business opportunities aligned with approved sales management guidelines Requirements • Proficiency in English and Arabic language skills (verbal and written) • Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, lead generation, or scientific research is beneficial • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly • Self-starter mindset with excellent organization and self-management skills • Demonstrated strong work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals • Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within an agile environment • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex challenges • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and LinkedIn We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
