Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Frontline Data Solutions has been making safe work easy since 1999 with purpose-built EHS software. They are seeking a Website Content Manager to own the SEO and AEO content strategy, focusing on creating and optimizing content that enhances visibility and engagement for their software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the SEO and AEO content plan. Build a content roadmap based on how Frontline's buyers (EHS, operations, and HR leaders in manufacturing and industrial settings) search and ask questions and prioritize it by business impact
- Create on-site content that ranks and gets cited. Write and oversee blog posts, comparison and category pages, technical explainers, FAQs, and landing pages. Structure them for both traditional ranking and AI extraction, using answer-first formatting, clear topic and entity structure, schema, and year-stamped information
- Build off-site authority and AI citations. AI engines lean heavily on third-party sources, so develop an off-site program that gets Frontline mentioned on the review sites, directories, and industry publications those engines draw from. Coordinate with SMEs to build and execute Reddit campaigns
- Run AI-powered content operations. Use tools like Claude and Claude Code to speed up research, drafting, optimization, and repurposing. Build repeatable, agentic workflows that raise output without letting quality slip
- Own SEO execution and hygiene. Handle keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content refreshes. Spot technical SEO issues that hurt crawlability, indexing, and rankings, and work with web and engineering resources to fix them
- Measure and report. Report on the metrics that map to revenue: qualified organic traffic, AI citation share of voice, demo requests, and sourced pipeline. Give the CMO and leadership a regular read on results and the changes you are making based on them
Skills
- 4+ years of content creation experience for B2B SaaS, with WordPress experience
- Experience writing for technical or operational B2B buyers
- Track record of building content programs that drive top-of-funnel performance
- Comfort working with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- Fluency in using AI tools to generate high-quality content, research, and execute content operations
- Experience using WordPress and HubSpot for publishing, GSC and HubSpot for funnel and lifecycle reporting, and GA4 for website tracking
- Familiarity with the EHS, industrial safety, manufacturing, or compliance software markets is a plus
- Ability to get up to speed quickly on a technical, regulated B2B audience
