Remote Telemarketer for the Copier Industry

Pay $15-$18 per hour plus $50 per appointment. In this energetic role, you will be the voice of our company, engaging potential clients through outbound calling and warm calling strategies to generate new business opportunities. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm leads and marketing campaigns to introduce our copier products and services • Engage in professional B2B sales conversations, clearly articulating the benefits of our solutions tailored to client needs • Negotiate terms and close sales by demonstrating value and building rapport with potential customers • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities and develop targeted outreach strategies • Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing client questions promptly and professionally • Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and convert leads into loyal customers • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in copiers and related office equipment Experience • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling within a technology or office equipment industry is highly desirable • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing B2B sales deals • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and confidently • Experience in technical sales or business development roles is a plus • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism • Knowledge of marketing strategies used in telemarketing campaigns is advantageous • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying motivated and goal-oriented This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a vibrant sales environment.
