Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to support AI projects focused on speech and wearable technologies. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities in information systems and computer programming, with responsibilities including managing project plans, providing technical support, and driving cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
- Manage backup, security and user help system
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
- Provide users with technical support for computer problems
- Familiarity with AI technology and terminology
- Ability to drive large and complex cross-functional teams
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential

- Experience working with AI engineering teams
- Any Ai in fast tech company or start up
- CS degree, background in AI technology
- Prefer candidates with Google/ Microsoft / Amazon history in AI
