Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nscale is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive cross-functional programs across their GPU infrastructure stack. The role involves owning the end-to-end delivery of GPU infrastructure programs, translating high-level goals into program plans, and facilitating alignment across various teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of GPU infrastructure programs (e.g., power management, provisioning systems, firmware lifecycle, telemetry/monitoring, infrastructure APIs)
- Translate high-level goals into clear program plans, technical requirements, and execution strategies
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams
- Facilitate technical decision-making and ensure trade-offs are well understood and documented
- Track execution, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Improve program management processes and documentation standards
Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in technical program management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, infrastructure, or hardware-adjacent systems
- Experience working with engineering teams on complex technical projects
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to operate independently and bring clarity to ambiguous situations
